After my concerns were brought to management's attention, the dealership manager personally stepped in to assist. He took the time to investigate the situation, locate my vehicle, and provide a more accurate delivery timeline. He also acknowledged the inconvenience caused by the delays and lack of communication and offered several complimentary oil changes as a goodwill gesture.

Excellent Customer Service. The technician went above and beyond, including servicing a recall that I didn’t even know about. The technician found the problem, it was a wire harness that wasn’t hooked up to the center console. He plugged it back in the control center worked. Put everything back together better than I had it. I went to pay and they didn’t charge me. I was so happy because that day that I took my car in was my birthday. I can’t express it enough on how happy I am with the service that I received.

Excellent service managers and amazing technicians, I'm a big fan of the MPI video inspections. Let's you see everything going on with the car, it really changes the game compared to just getting paperwork with recommendations, love being able to see what the technician sees!
Customer Service rep Laura had done a great job of assisting me with finding the best date for my auto inspection after discussing the problems I was experiencing. At the appointment, Toni did an excellent job of listing to my concerns and providing detailed updates about the inspection findings for my vehicle. A few things were in need of repair, so we reviewed the findings and scheduled a day and time for me to return the car to Germain for repairs. Not a long wait for the inspection. Overall, a good experience.
My salesperson Donavan Anderson was very helpful in helping me locate the car of my needs. It’s like he knew the inventory and I didn’t have to do any real work except test drive. He is very nice and friendly too.

Excellent customer service! All service personnel are very efficient, especially Amy Dugger, the Service Advisor at the Morse Road location.
The work was done on time, communication was terrific, and the car was ready when promised. I will go back to Germain for all of my service going forward.
My Salesman Marcus was great, he listened and made sure I got what was most important to me. Also, the manager and the finance gentlemen were exceptional with my concerns. They made sure I got what I wanted at the best price.

Friendly sales person. Nice facility. Got a decent deal. Took a little long to leave the dealership even though I was paying cash.
While not having our CX-90 for 3 weeks while waiting for a part wasn't optimal, the service department at Germain Mazda provided a loaner for the entire time. The 90 was returned with all work being completed plus all of the recall updates made. I'm very satisfied with the completeness of the work and service received from Germain Mazda.
