I’ve been having a problem with my infotainment system in my 2017 Mazda CX-5 for a while, so I decided to give Germain Mazda a try because I was in the area for a few days. They installed Apple CarPlay, updated my CMU, replaced the driver belt, and replaced the cabin air filter. They did it all in a timely manner and the employees were so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Overall the best place to get a vehicle! I went to 3 other car dealers and nobody wanted to work with me. I traveled 2 hours to get my new Mazda and don't regret any moment of it.

When shopping for a car to replace my broken down Fiesta, Germain Mazda not only had the best deal that I could find, but they also teated me better than any other lot or dealership I dealt with. The salesman, Jason, was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my new Mazda 3. You hear stories about how enjoyable car buying used to be, but that's certainly not typical these days. Germain Mazda is an exception, though, and is still providing that customer-first experience and top notch service.

The Service Manager was able to fit me in for service. My vehicle was repaired timely. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my video was helpful with explaining my vehicle concern and repair.

I was a bit past due for my regular maintenance because life happens... And of course my dashboard started lighting up like a Christmas tree. When I dropped off my vehicle for the standard service I mentioned some of the issues that had come up. The technicians were able to narrow down the issue and get it addressed at the same time, saving me time and money. There is a reason I keep coming back.
